Thank you, Yulia, for the amazing stay! The villa is incredible, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. The pool is amazing as well. You definitely need a car if you stay at this Airbnb. There’s a cute, lovely little beach restaurant at the end of the street. Lots of amenities, and we had a great time!

I would definitely rent this place again and highly recommend it to others. We truly enjoyed our stay, and the owners were very helpful—especially with transportation. The only suggestion I would make is to add a large, visible number on the wall at the bottom of the driveway to make it easier to find at night. The address shown on the site after booking confirmation appears to be different from the one displayed near the entrance of the driveway, which caused a bit of confusion.

The stay was worth it. Would definitely go back and stay again. Very peaceful & convenient.

The host and her team were incredibly helpful, always responding promptly whenever I had a question. I truly appreciated their guidance and the wealth of information they provided about St. Maarten it made planning our activities so much easier. My family absolutely loved staying at this property. The kitchen was well-stocked with coffee, seasonings, and everything we needed, making meal prep a breeze. The upstairs bedrooms each had their own balcony, which was a lovely touch, and every room had access to the outdoors. The view is simply stunning, especially when relaxing by the pool. We had no complaints whatsoever. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be booking it again.

Overall, I had a great stay here. The location was the best! It was only 8-10mins from everything. The Airbnb was as pictured and was beautiful in person. While here, the whole first floor was infested with ants. There were hundreds of them. The host was very responsive and was able to have the exterminator come which was good. A little mouse got in as well and unfortunately he stayed too and left his little droppings everywhere. Lizards and geicos were upstairs in the home, but that comes with the climate so that wasn’t unexpected. The home also didn’t have a microwave, but they had a toaster oven that we improvised with, so it was hard to bring leftovers home. Finding the home was a little difficult at first too. There needs to be a better sign out in front to locate it, as we drove right past it. The last thing I’ll say is the trash situation, depending on how many ppl you have staying you have to empty the trash way down the street somewhere. This was inconvenient.

Yulia’s place was perfect for a group of 8! Everyone had pretty spacious bedrooms with their own bathrooms attached. Pretty close to the restaurant, & clubs. Only downside is that the showers had no threshold, which resulted in water leaking out onto the rest of the bathroom floor. Aside from that 10/10!
