Yulia’s place was absolutely beautiful! The view was incredible, and waking up to the infinity pool each morning was such a highlight. The pool was spotless, and the property is tucked away in a serene, secluded area. It’s just a short walk to the beach and about 10 minutes from the nightlife, offering the perfect balance of relaxation and fun. Yulia provided all the amenities you could possibly need for a comfortable stay, and there’s a store conveniently located on the way in. Since you’re surrounded by nature, there were a few ants here and there, but nothing major—and they didn’t bother me at all. I highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again when I return to Sint Maarten!

There’s a cute, lovely little beach restaurant at the end of the street. Lots of amenities, and we had a great time!

I would definitely rent this place again and highly recommend it to others. We truly enjoyed our stay, and the owners were very helpful—especially with transportation. The only suggestion I would make is to add a large, visible number on the wall at the bottom of the driveway to make it easier to find at night. The address shown on the site after booking confirmation appears to be different from the one displayed near the entrance of the driveway, which caused a bit of confusion.
