Great stay and fantastic location. I was able to get to the grocery store and Phillipsburg within 5-10mins. French side and SXM took about 15-20 mins. I had a few questions and the hosts were responsive. I'll definitely be back!

Yulia was an amazing host and made the process as smooth as possible. Her custom guide was very helpful and whenever we had any issues or questions she was very prompt at responding. The place is beautiful with amazing views. Me and my friends enjoyed our stay here!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Check-in was easy, communication with the host was great, and they responded quickly to our messages. The condo was clean, well stocked with towels, toiletries, paper towels, dish soap, dishes, complimentary water and rosé, and had a large balcony with a great ocean view. Parking was easy, and the gated community made us feel safe traveling as women-though the living room curtains were very sheer, which felt a bit exposed at night. The location was convenient for exploring the island. The biggest downside was the multiple lizards inside the home. We spotted them in both bedrooms and the bathroom within two hours of arriving, and they continued to appear throughout our stay. The host explained this is common on the island and advised us to keep doors and windows closed. I would recommend having a rental car while staying here because the beach is at least a 40min walk. You have to drive all trash to the dumpster also.Aside from that, we had a great stay.
