Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Check-in was easy, communication with the host was great, and they responded quickly to our messages. The condo was clean, well stocked with towels, toiletries, paper towels, dish soap, dishes, complimentary water and rosé, and had a large balcony with a great ocean view. Parking was easy, and the gated community made us feel safe traveling as women-though the living room curtains were very sheer, which felt a bit exposed at night. The location was convenient for exploring the island. The biggest downside was the multiple lizards inside the home. We spotted them in both bedrooms and the bathroom within two hours of arriving, and they continued to appear throughout our stay. The host explained this is common on the island and advised us to keep doors and windows closed. I would recommend having a rental car while staying here because the beach is at least a 40min walk. You have to drive all trash to the dumpster also.Aside from that, we had a great stay.

We had a great stay and would definitely book here again! The apartment is in a beautiful, quiet gated community with amazing water views. The pool area was peaceful and never crowded, which we really enjoyed. The apartment itself was clean, stylish, and had everything we needed for our stay, including kitchen essentials and cooking supplies. The hosts were very communicative throughout the entire process and even left a bottle of sparkling wine for my birthday, which was such a thoughtful surprise. They also accommodated my decorator before check-in so everything was ready when we arrived. One of our favorite parts of the location was being so close to Indigo Bay Beach and the beach restaurant nearby. Overall, this was a wonderful stay, and we would happily return on a future trip to Sint Maarten!

Great place to stay you’re literally up the street from everything.Loved being on the patio for the pretty sunset & at night it’s so peaceful the places is described down to a T. I would book again the beds oooh my soo comfortable I enjoy my stay they’re very quick at responding back if anything is needed. I say book with them you won’t be disappointed.
