When you book through our booking engine at book.sealaviesxm.com (operated by Guesty), your payment and reservation data is collected and processed by Guesty under their own privacy policy. SeaLaVie SXM receives reservation details (guest name, dates, property) to manage your stay but does not store payment card information.
Cookies
The Site does not set tracking or advertising cookies. Third-party services (Google Fonts, the Flatpickr calendar library) may set functional cookies as part of their standard operation. The booking engine at book.sealaviesxm.com may set its own cookies under Guesty's cookie policy.
Data retention
Contact form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain our records. Server logs are retained for up to 90 days. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
