The Space

SeaAzul blends modern coastal elegance with comfort and privacy. The villa features an open-concept design that maximizes natural light and showcases breathtaking bay views throughout the main living areas.

The spacious living room opens seamlessly onto the outdoor terrace and pool deck, creating the perfect setting for relaxing, entertaining, or simply enjoying the tropical surroundings. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, ample counter space, and everything needed to prepare meals at home. A dining area is conveniently positioned for both indoor meals and easy access to outdoor dining.

The villa offers three beautifully appointed bedrooms:

• Primary Suite: King-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and direct access to the terrace with ocean views
• Second Bedroom: King-size bed with shared bathroom access
• Third Bedroom: Queen-size bed with shared bathroom access

A convenient powder room is located on the main level for guests.
