We had such a great stay here and would definitely come back! The location was one of our favorite things about this Airbnb. It was close to everything we wanted to do, including beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping, so getting around St. Maarten was really easy. The pool was a great place to relax after a day of exploring, and having free parking made it so convenient whenever we drove or were dropped off. We also appreciated that the property is in a developing area with monitored access, which gave us extra peace of mind. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Thank you for being such a wonderful host and helping make our trip so enjoyable!

Yulia is a wonderful host! Excellent communication before and during our stay with many recommendations for restaurants and things to do, we’re grateful for that. The home is beautiful - pristine, beautiful views, and enough privacy as well. We traveled with our young children and they had space for a dance party in the living room and pool games. Highly recommend for families with kids but maybe even better suited for couples traveling together. We love this location too - very centrally located to get to some of the best places on both the Dutch and French side but also have the peace and quiet that Simpson Bay, Philipsburg, and Orient can’t provide. Thank you!

Yulias place was wonderful the location was very private me & my wife & I felt super safe and comfortable. Everything Is exactly like the photos. Except the view from the balcony was more breathtaking when we seen it in person. The bedrooms & bathrooms were very clean. There’s a small private beach at the bottom of the hill with a small restaurant beach bar. Also yulias communication was great. She checked on us throughout our stay. I will definitely be staying here when I return to Saint Martin.

The view is more beautiful than the pictures! As a clean freak, this place met my high standards. Beds were clean, bathrooms as well. Surrounding are very quiet and beautiful. We went for mornings walks down to the beach and was very safe. The girls were both very responsive and helpful when i had questions also. The taxi number they provided came in handy and we even hired a private driver through them. 10/10 stay.
