The views were stunning, especially at sunset, and the peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. You answered all of our questions quickly and provided a very helpful guide that made getting around and planning activities easy. Everything about the stay was smooth and enjoyable. Yulia and Nicole were extremely helpful during the booking process and the duration of the stay. The home was clean and a good size for 2 couples and 2 babies. There was an issue with one of the air conditioning units leaking onto the bed which was resolved. Although the issue was resolved, we came home to find the technician replacing the living room unit which had no issues and took over 2.5 hours leaving us with no ac in the living room during this time. The technician was very apologetic and kind however I think this repair could have been done at another time. Once fully operable, the air conditioning units worked great. A few other topics which I felt were inconveniences traveling with children were: - WiFi not strong throughout the home - to access the unit, you have to go down a staircase of about 20 steps - the trash drop off was not walkable distance - there was a washing machine provided but no drying machine. Overall the home was great and we had no major issues!
