Yulia’s place was clean and spacious. The pool was a nice touch in the backyard. Yulia was also very easy to reach and quickly responded. The only thing is we were a group of 4 females and did not feel safe with the see through doors and windows. The was no shade or curtains for the front of the house. However the house was beautiful and in a good location.

The house was nice and clean. I did find a small spot in the sheets in the bedroom. A make up mirror or a lighted bathroom mirror would have been helpful for putting on makeup. Also a full length mirror in the bedrooms and a second full set of towels and washcloths. I was startled by a strange man appearing in the back while I was sitting outside by the pool. He said he was there to check the pool it would have been nice to know he was coming. When I asked questions of the host while they were answered promptly, it always ended with “as listed in the guidebook”. It almost felt like I was being reprimanded. Overall it was a nice stay. Beautiful accommodations quiet and easily accessible.

As someone who usually stays at The Fourteen, I was a bit hesitant to step outside my usual routine. Since my regular spot was fully booked for the week, I decided to give this place a try and I am so glad I did! I was actually much happier with my stay here than at my usual choice. The place was clean, located in a safe area, and complimentary water was provided, which was a nice touch. I’m usually deterred from Airbnb due to overly complex house rules, but the rules here were minimal and clear. On top of that, the host was super responsive and answered all of my questions promptly. I’d gladly stay here again! It’s about a 10 min drive from the main strip on the Dutch side. Recommend renting a car.

What's not to love. Private, quiet, beautiful surroundings, 5.minute drive to the strip or Philipsburg. Beautiful villa, lovely pool and sunshine all day long.

Where do I start ? The pictures for this place don’t do justice. Waking up to that view every morning was fantastic. You have access to a private beach, a pool (which often has monkey visits in the morning), and a modern home with the perfect touches. When we wanted to stay inside, we had games & liquor at our disposal. When we ran into issues, we messaged our hosts & got answers within minutes. When we needed to check in early we were quickly accommodated. I will be back here every time I’m visiting St Martin!

Beautiful stay, we thoroughly enjoyed the villa. Parking is designated and super convenient. Villa was clean and just as described. Host was kind, proactive and responsive. Will definitely be back soon!
