We absolutely loved the house! My family and I had an amazing time and truly enjoyed our stay. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the beds were extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax and unwind. We also really appreciated the privacy—it made the experience feel peaceful and special. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Our stay at this Airbnb was amazing. The view was beautiful. All of the rooms were clean and organized. Nightlife was just about 15 minutes away. Yulia was very responsive. Highly recommend others to look into booking his property.

This Villa was absolutely beautiful. I feel the pictures didn’t capture the actual beauty of the place and the views it offered. The are is still being built but the surrounding villas are just as beautiful which makes the area look very upscale. We had a rental car and the instructions Yulia gave made it very easy to get to the Villa. They provided a very detailed guide which listed everything from the house rules, check in, check out, amenities, nearby restaurants, shopping, etc. They even provided me with information for a vendor for decorations. The vendor wasn’t available but she allowed the one I found access to the Villa prior to my check in which I really appreciated because it was a surprise for my niece and nephew. I would definitely recommend staying here and I would also stay here again. Thank Yulia for the hospitality.

We had the most amazing stay in St. Maarten! The house was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our group of 7. The views were astonishing, everything was so neat and clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We literally had everything we needed, including hair dryers and hair straighteners in the bathrooms, as well as a washer and dryer, which was so convenient! The jacuzzi in the afternoons was absolutely delightful and the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. Yulia and Nicol were wonderful hosts, so responsive, helpful, and attentive throughout our entire stay. The house is only about 10 minutes from the strip, which made getting around so convenient. Our stay truly could not have been better. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this beautiful home! 💕🌴✨

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. The space was nice, spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful extras, like seasonings, tableware, and other essentials, which made it feel like a home away from home. Our favorite part was enjoying the pool in the mornings while taking in the beautiful view. It was such a peaceful way to start the day! The only issue we had was finding the property after leaving the roundabout. The directions were a little difficult to follow at that point, but once we found it, everything was perfect. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this Airbnb!
