Beautiful place exactly as listed! The host was very responsive and made everything easy. We had a great stay, highly recommend, and will definitely be back!

Wow - Excellent hosts that were extremely proactive and helpful with any question. Place is centrally located allowing quick access to Simpson Bay and Phillipsburg. Parking was readily available and no issues with finding the location or checking in/out. The place has all of the amenities needed for quiet and relaxing vacation including two large bedrooms where you can go chill or a great patio with view where you can play boards games, have dinner, or just enjoy being outside. We would definitely re-book this location when we go back to St. Maarten again!

Yulia’s spot was exactly like the photos. If you’re in sxm and looking for a calm, relaxing environment this is the spot for you. If your plan is to be outside and enjoy the night life and restaurants this isn’t the spot for you, as it is quite far from where everything is. Other than that my friends and I had a great stay.

Yulia and Nicol's place is beautiful! For our family of 4, it was much better of a deal to get this place to ourselves than to pay for 2 hotel rooms. You have an amazing ocean view! You can both see the ocean from the balcony, the main living area, and the bedrooms! Because of the temperate climate, we often left the doors often in the main area and just allowed the ocean breeze in rather than turning on the AC. Yulia and Nicol were very proactive in sending us a helpful guide in advance that had instructions about the house as well lots of recommendations for things to do and even where to get groceries in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at SeaBelle SXM!
