I stayed at this beautiful villa for the weekend and it was wonderful! The hosts Yulia and Nicol were extremely helpful with finding the location and tips I should do before arriving. The guide explains everything THOROUGHLY and it is very easy to walk through. These wonderful hosts were extremely kind and did check ups during my stay which my partner and I thought was very welcoming. Instructions for the dryer and washer were also left in the laundry room and it really goes to show the attention to detail. Any question I had they would answer within a few hours and sometimes minutes. Besides their amazing hospitality the view and cleanliness of the place is amazing. The pictures really don’t do the view any justice. My partner and I loved sitting outside watching the sunset on the subbed placed outside. We will be coming back soon and I would recommend this stay to anyone planning to go to Sint Maarten! It is truly worth it.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in St. Maarten! The hosts were incredibly kind, responsive, and always quick to reply. The apartment was perfect, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. We especially appreciated all the thoughtful extras like the beach towels, cooler, after-sun care, and even the Corona. It made our beach days so easy and enjoyable. We also loved that we were able to bring our dog, which made the trip even more special. Highly recommend this place, and we’d definitely stay here again!

Simply put; PERFECT! The place is exactly as pictured, open concept with a beautiful view from the porch. Great amenities and supplies provided. The location is quiet and secured, and easy to get around to other areas including Maho and Simpson Bay from the location (driving). The nearby beach attached to the restaurant/beach bar is peaceful and enjoyable. Yulia, Yevgeniy, & Nicol are amazing host, responsive and helpful (suggested local vendors to help with my plans) They lay out everything you need in detail and have it set out to be easily accessible. This is a really great spot for solo travelers in addition to couples. If you want to be in a calm and relaxing environment but still be able to get to hustle and bustle areas, this is the place for it. Best of both worlds. Would definitely stay here again.
