SeaWaves

We stayed at Sea Waves for two weeks. The beachfront location in Simpson Bay is great! There are very nice beach loungers and wind-proof umbrellas available. The property is very close to restaurants and shopping, but recommend renting a car. There is reserved parking in front of the building. The photos accurately reflect this lovely property and it has all the amenities you may need for meal prep. Unfortunately, the wifi is unreliable, which isn’t ideal if you rely on it for professional purposes. The hosts did attempt to have the issue resolved a few times, but I suspect it’s a provider problem. The air conditioning unit in the bedroom is a bit noisy, but we got used to it. This place was a gem near Simpson Bay & the strip! The ocean front view and direct access to the beach were perfect. It was clean and decorated very nice. Everything was exactly as described and the planes did not bother us! The hosts were welcoming and we will share this listing with our friends!

Un excelente departamento con muy buena ubicación y una vista directa al mar. Muy bien cuidado, y salida a la playa Una excelente base para visitar toda la isla. El AC de la habitación hacía algo de ruido, pero no fue un problema para nosotros porque en la noche el apartamento era bien ventilado. Volvería a esta propiedad!

Our stay had multiple unresolved issues that affected our experience. At the 3:00 PM check-in time, the unit was still being cleaned and was not ready until after 4:30 PM. Upon arrival, we notified the host of issues with the safe, lack of WiFi, and a bedroom AC unit that was prohibitively loud. We were told maintenance would arrive at 7:00 PM; they arrived around 8:45 PM and worked until 11:00 PM without resolving the AC or safe. During this time, the host became unresponsive. We identified ants in the kitchen cabinets and what appeared to be mold spores on the AC unit, which were communicated to the maintenance worker and Airbnb support. These issues were not resolved. The next day, the hosts gave 10 min notice to visit. The safe was fixed, and a cleaning crew was discussed. Airbnb was unable to provide alternative accommodations. When we confirmed we would need to stay for the final night, we were told a cleaning crew was no longer available. Only 2 of 5 major issues were resolved.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️\nA place I would definitely book again. The apartment is peaceful and beautifully maintained, with a stunning view that makes you feel instantly relaxed. It’s very well equipped, with all the appliances and utensils you could possibly need, which made our stay extremely comfortable.\nThe apartment was spotlessly clean, and the host was outstanding — very communicative, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Everything was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommended!
