This is the perfect place to stay on the island. We rented a car and the main road was a 3 minute drive away and there were plenty of food and entertainment options. Now for the apartment… it was beautiful and exactly like the photos. All of the amenities one could need or ask for were available and the WiFi was spot on. Also, the beach access was steps away and there were beach chairs & picnic tables to enjoy. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. We would definitely patronize the property again.

I’ve been to St Maarten several times and I’ve stayed in the Simpson Bay area several times. This is one of my favorite units. The location is great with amazing beach access. It can be convenient to the Simpson Bay area, but I recommend getting a car. Parking was easy getting in and out of the unit was easy in the beach was in great condition. The patio is extremely peaceful and the appliances and furniture are modern and well kept. I ended up extending my stay on the island unfortunately I couldn’t stay at this location, but I would definitely recommend it. There were a few minor things that were addressed promptly and the lack of umbrellas I’m sure it has been addressed. There can be some plain noise since it’s close to the airport but just simply bring a pair of earplugs.

We had an amazing weekend stay here in Simpson Bay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Waking up to the ocean views from the balcony was the highlight of our trip. The location was perfect, just steps from the beach and close to great restaurants and bars. Everything we needed was provided, and the peaceful atmosphere made it easy to relax. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sint Maarten!

We stayed at Sea Waves for two weeks. The beachfront location in Simpson Bay is great! There are very nice beach loungers and wind-proof umbrellas available. The property is very close to restaurants and shopping, but recommend renting a car. There is reserved parking in front of the building. The photos accurately reflect this lovely property and it has all the amenities you may need for meal prep. Unfortunately, the wifi is unreliable, which isn’t ideal if you rely on it for professional purposes. The hosts did attempt to have the issue resolved a few times, but I suspect it’s a provider problem. The air conditioning unit in the bedroom is a bit noisy, but we got used to it. Un excelente departamento con muy buena ubicación y una vista directa al mar. Muy bien cuidado, y salida a la playa Una excelente base para visitar toda la isla. El AC de la habitación hacía algo de ruido, pero no fue un problema para nosotros porque en la noche el apartamento era bien ventilado. Volvería a esta propiedad!
