SeaView Condo

When we arrived the check in process was easy. We were walking distance to Maho beach, 2 lunch spots where the food and drinks were great. The home was very clean, the neighborhood is safe and the neighbors were friendly and it was quiet. Easy for our driver to find us. This place was perfect for our weekend getaway. Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your amazing home.

This was our 3rd time in St. Martin. Previously, we had stayed on the French side. Yulia & Nicol were very responsive and everything was just as they described. I could see why they are Super Hosts. I had rated 5 stars on everything except the location. While the location on Google maps appears to be close to everything, it was just a little too far to walk to most resturants in Maho or Simpson Bay areas and will still needed a car. I loved that the back of the condo was overlooking Simpson Bay, which was really nice.

Had a memorable stay at this villa for my birthday week celebration. Location works for you whether or not you have a car if you wanna venture to the Maho area specifically. Space was adequate for my sister, and I although we wished the mattresses were a bit more comfortable. The rooms were reasonable and the outdoor space behind the villa allowed for amazing morning breath-taking views. Check in the checkout process was very easy and owners provide provided a guide for all that you can think of. Yulia checked in during the visit and answered properly to all correspondences. Wish our time there was even longer. Thanks for a great stay.

Yulia’s place exceeded my expectations it was beautiful the view that it had oversees the ocean and add a beautiful atmosphere the place is very close to the airport as well as a ton of restaurants, bars, and activities within 5- 10 minute radius.The house was spotless clean which and free of clutter which is a plus for me host is very responsive and accommodating as well.

This home was beautiful. I really enjoyed the stay. The beach is legit steps away, local restaurants/bars are so close my friends & I walked it in 10 mins or less. This was a perfect getaway. The hosts were communicating daily & even left extra stuff to make the place feel like home. The views from home made it my favorite. You can hardly hear the airport traffic but I loved every second of it Definitely will be coming back ! This was a great place to stay!

If you are coming to Sint Maarten and are looking for a nice place to just get away, this one is perfect. This apartment is perfect for 4 people and gives you lots of space inside and outside with the moste beautiful backyard view. Yulia gave us all the information we needed right away with booking, she made sure we are updated on everything at anytime and helped us super quickly with a little error throughout the stay. The apartment was clean and had everything you need from beach equipment to amenities all the way to a good furnished and stocked apartment. The kitchen had everything you need to cook but the amenities and dishes could be a little updated and sorted through. Maho beach is walkable and just a couple minutes away, and another beach is right outside the apartment. You can also just relax on the patio and in the backyard. If you are not cooking you can walk to Rhine Rd in 15min which offers all sorts of restaurants. We can definitely recommend this place.
