Before our arrival, the host provided a very detailed guest booklet that included everything we needed to know before, during, and after our stay. It covered check-in instructions, house information, local recommendations, checkout steps, and so many helpful details that made the entire experience smooth and stress-free from start to finish. It was one of the most organized and thoughtful guides we have ever received. Our stay was nothing short of amazing! The location was very easy to find thanks to the clear directions and excellent communication from our host. Check-in was simple and hassle-free, and when we arrived, the home was spotless, well-organized, and exactly as described. The space felt comfortable, welcoming, and perfect for relaxing after exploring the area. One of the best parts about this stay was the location. Had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in SXM with my wife and baby. The property was clean, comfortable, peaceful, and even better than the pictures. The views were beautiful, the location was close to everything, and the space had everything we needed for a relaxing family trip. Check-in was very easy with no hassle, which made traveling with a baby much smoother. The bathrooms were well organized with plenty of linens stocked for guests, and the overall space felt comfortable and safe for our family. The host was also very responsive and communicated well throughout the entire stay. We enjoyed the property so much that we barely wanted to leave. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, relaxing, and well-located getaway.

The stay here was amazing! It’s walkable to multiple great restaurants and the famous Maho beach. It’s also steps away from Simpson Bay beach that had beautiful sunsets. We saw plane views from our bedroom which was unique. There were a few hiccups during our stay, but Nicol & Yulia were extremely helpful and worked fast to accommodate us. I would definitely stay here again.

When we arrived the check in process was easy. We were walking distance to Maho beach, 2 lunch spots where the food and drinks were great. The home was very clean, the neighborhood is safe and the neighbors were friendly and it was quiet. Easy for our driver to find us. This place was perfect for our weekend getaway. This was our 3rd time in St. Martin. Previously, we had stayed on the French side. Yulia & Nicol were very responsive and everything was just as they described. I could see why they are Super Hosts. I had rated 5 stars on everything except the location. While the location on Google maps appears to be close to everything, it was just a little too far to walk to most resturants in Maho or Simpson Bay areas and will still needed a car. I loved that the back of the condo was overlooking Simpson Bay, which was really nice.
