I loved this property, I would stay again !

I would recommend this stay! The check-in was extremely easy and host is very responsive. The place looks exactly like the photos and did not disappoint! Yulia provided a list of places to eat and party which made our trip very pleasant. 10/10

The place was just as described in the pictures and during the week someone comes by to clean your private pool. It was beautiful, the area, the restaurants, we cannot wait to return and we will definitely book here again.

Home was beautiful and clean, loved the rooftop and the pool. Location was great, close to the airport and 5 mins away from cupecoy beach. Will definitely stay here again!

This was my second time visiting Sint Maarten. We enjoyed staying in this unit during our time on the island. It was close to so many popular spots and great food!

Overall, we had a good stay and appreciated the hosts' responsiveness throughout our visit. The home was clean, and communication was always prompt and friendly. Our family stayed for 8 days, and unfortunately we ran into a few maintenance issues beginning on the second day. The shower drain wasn't draining properly, and later the bathroom sink developed a leak. Maintenance came out promptly each time, but the sink leak was determined to be behind the wall, so it couldn't be repaired during our stay. While dealing with those issues wasn't exactly how we imagined spending part of our vacation, we truly appreciated that the hosts stayed in communication, sent maintenance quickly, and followed through with a refund for the inconvenience. No vacation is perfect, and I believe the hosts genuinely cared about making things right. I'm confident that once the plumbing issues are fully resolved, future guests will have an even better experience. Wishing them all the best!
