We rate our stay 3/5 stars due to several issues. The Wi-Fi was initially off and remained unreliable, making videos difficult to load. Security was our biggest concern. The poolside sliding door was left unlocked for maintenance, and the lockbox code was set upon arrival and appeared exposed again after we returned from outings. We cannot confirm anyone entered, but this raised privacy concerns. Other issues included inconsistent hot water, weak water pressure in one bathroom, a difficult-to-open front door, flimsy dining chairs, watery hand soap, an unusual odor from the couch blanket, and a stained white towel. We also reported a loose bathroom screw that was never addressed, though it did not significantly affect our stay. On the positive side, Holmes responded quickly to our messages and addressed our concerns. However, the security, Wi-Fi, and maintenance issues affected our overall experience. I hope these concerns are addressed for future guests.

Stayed here for 5 days and it was amazing. Both host were excellent in what they did while I was staying there. They checked up on me regularly and see to it tht all was well. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to everyone. Safe area , private and friendly community. I’ll definitely stay at this exact location next time I’m in St. Martin.
