This was my 4th or 5th stay at Yulia and Nicol’s flat. Located on Simpson Bay, the apartment is perfectly sits on a small private beach away from the larger hotels. Plenty of area to park, two beach clubs within a 4-5 min walk on the beach. The apartment provides beach chairs, tables, umbrellas and floats. Yulia is always quick to any request or questions. The apartment is always clean with plenty of towels and comfortable furniture, kitchen is perfectly stocked for small meals. Mulllet Bay is a quick 10 min drive and a cozy beach with calm waters. I personally love staying at Simpson Beach as it is very relaxed and low key. Looking forward to planning my next stay again in a few months.

Yulia’s place was amazing! Everything was exactly as pictured and might be even better in real life. The place is in a great location to a lot of activities and nightlife and honestly walkable. The beach and the beach chairs were awesome and came in really handy when going out to relax and swim. The communication was also great, the hosts helped me with questions and recommendations before I got there to make sure my stay was good. Overall great experience! I would definitely want to stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting soon.

We had a great stay! The views were amazing, and the place looked exactly like the pictures. Being right on the beach was the best part. The location was perfect close to town with easy access to restaurants and excursions, and the area felt very safe. You can even walk to a lot of the restaurants if you want. The place was super clean, and the owners were so kind and helpful. We’d definitely stay here again!
