The condo was absolutely beautiful, gorgeous oceanfront view, beautiful master bathroom, and located inside a gated complex. Although the condo is right off of the main strip in Simpson Bay, the location of the condo is very quiet. 10/10 would recommend the condo to anyone visiting the island!!

Great location , walking distance to many local restaurants and markets. My family enjoyed the stay here for few nights! Pictures don’t do any justice, views are amazing! Walking distance to the beach, very private and peaceful! We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone !

Our stay was disappointing overall. The condo appears to have had significant updates made to the kitchen, but unfortunately those improvements don’t carry through to the rest of the property. The furniture, cabinets, and other areas could use refreshing and maintenance. The biggest issue was the ant infestation in the master bedroom and bathroom. When we contacted the host, she stated that ants are common on an island and didn’t seem overly concerned. While I understand that pests can be an issue in tropical locations, paying $1,700 for a three-night stay and dealing with ants throughout our visit was frustrating. An exterminator did come the following morning, which we appreciated, but we continued to see ants for the remainder of our stay. Another disappointment was the beach access. The listing did not adequately prepare us for the steep stairs leading down to a rocky shoreline. If you’re looking for a traditional beach experience, I would not recommend this location.

The place was very well maintained ..very clean and updated furnishings as well. Beautiful views of the water from the primary bedroom and balcony and the walk to the beach was less than two flights of stairs. Location was awesome with many restaurants within walking distance. We had one small issue with the thermostat, but Yulia was able to have it repaired the next day. Would definitely stay here again.!!

The property was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was perfect, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and other conveniences just a short walk away. The beach was beautiful and made it easy to relax and enjoy the area. The host was always quick to respond to any questions and happy to share excellent local recommendations that made our trip even better. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again.
