I loved the location of this place and I also loved the price. The view is stunning and I enjoyed having the beach right in our backyard. However, the cleanliness of the place was not up to par. Things could have been disinfected better. There were make up stains on the walls and light switches. All in all this place made my vacation great, I just would have liked for it to be cleaned better.

This place was unforgettable! It was as pictured and even better experiencing it. The balcony was breathtaking with the ocean view. It was very pleasant to hear the water waves while sleeping. Around the corner, you had access to a private beach. The location was so close to a lot of restaurants , bar and going out places. We walked to captain ribs shack and no where special at night and felt safe. We did get a car for activities during the day and there was free parking. We also loved that it was close to the airport, and we did hear some planes landing but it was during the day and didn’t bother us. It was so nice to come back to the air bnb at night and enjoy the balcony. The bedrooms were pretty decent size and loved the big closets. There was also a blander there that we enjoyed after getting fresh local fruits. I would highly recommended this place for your stay. I can’t wait to come back!

Recently, had a business trip to St maarten, yulia place was exactly what was needed seperated Rooms and bathroom for each person to every ones liking and comfort surprisingly all bedrooms also had balcony access that was quite impressive. Are is quite safe, gated. Appartemnt was modern clean and modern. I will recommend and stay at yulia place anytime. Thank you for this 5 star experience!

Great opportunity to be at the wonderful beach- free of rocks, beautiful sand. Would be great to have access from the stairs, but we did not mind to walk around the building to get to the beach . You will need a car to get to grocery stores and restaurants. During the day you hear planes, but not to quite at night.

Prachtige locatie aan het strand. Zeker de moeite waard wanneer je met een groep op Sint Maarten bent!

Had a great stay at the Sea Pearl. The apartment was exactly as described. Yulia and Nicol were very responsive to any and all questions. Located right on the beach, with amazing views of Simpson Bay. Would definitely stay there again.
