It was conveniently located near the airport and was perfect for staying in the Simpson Bay area. I really loved that we had the best of both worlds. The property was right by the ocean, so it felt peaceful and relaxing, but we were also close enough to enjoy the nightlife whenever we wanted. During the day, we were able to walk around the area, and at night, the main nightlife spots were only about a 10–15 minute drive away, if that. There were also several local restaurants nearby, which I really enjoyed because it gave us a chance to experience more of the authentic side of St. Marteen rather than only visiting touristy places. The hosts were very responsive throughout our stay, and everything was easy and stress-free. This was my first time visiting St. Marteen, and this experience definitely made me want to come back! As the person who planned the entire trip, I especially appreciated knowing that our accommodations were one thing I didn’t have to worry about.

This place was just as beautiful as the pictures! Spacious and clean. The stairs were a bit of a workout but otherwise everything was perfect. Yulia and Nicole was veryyyy responsive on any questions and concerns that we may have! Will definitely book in the future

The location of this home was so close to main attractions, eateries, and nightlife. The best part was the amazing views from the huge balcony! It was very clean and had lots of space for my family of 6. The hosts were very responsive and kind. This place was definitely a gem!

This home was literally HOME! It was absolutely perfect! It was very clean, absolutely beautiful view, walking distance to soo many places! I would definitely stay here again! We went on a girls trip and it was perfect that each bedroom had their own bathroom and walk in closet. Truly look no further, this is where you need to stay!

The location was absolutely perfect, offering a peaceful atmosphere while still being incredibly close to great local restaurants and activities. Upon arrival, the space was spotlessly clean and proved to be very easy to maintain throughout our trip. One of the absolute highlights was the beach—it was clean, beautiful, and felt wonderfully semi-private, making it the perfect spot to unwind without the crowds. To top it all off, parking was incredibly convenient and stress-free. We had a flawless experience from start to finish and would absolutely love to stay here again!
