We had an okay stay.There were a few inconveniences that could be improved on with some care from the hosts. No WiFi as soon as you enter upstairs. No hot water. We couldn’t take a good shower our whole stay. There were no utensils we had to eat with cooking spoons. Pool could have been cleaned better. On the brighter side. Check in was very smooth and easy. It’s a walk away from the grocery store and restaurants, which is great. Also close to everything we else wanted to do.

I like to clean no matter where I’m staying and the disinfectant wipe had black (dirty) after wiping the light switches. Felt like time wasn’t taken to be cleaned thoroughly. Door is kind of hard to get into. They did say it was a European door, but I’ve never been so I’m not sure. Rooftop was closed for this Airbnb, but we made friends with our neighbors (another Airbnb) and theirs was open so we used theirs. Host did communicate great. Also, it was a gated community which I like as it was just a girls trip, but the island ended up feeling safe anyways.

Yulia was a wonderful host very helpful, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout my stay. Her place is conveniently located, with many attractions, restaurants, and other areas just 5–20 minutes away. I felt very safe during my stay, which is always a top priority for me. The home was comfortable, the bed was cozy, and the bathroom was clean and well maintained. I also loved the outdoor space the pool was clean, the décor was beautiful, and it created a relaxing atmosphere. The downstairs half bathroom had great lighting, and the staircase made for some really nice photo opportunities. My only minor issue was that the Wi-Fi seemed to work reliably only in the downstairs living room. Aside from that, I truly enjoyed my stay and would recommend Yulia’s place to anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located stay.

We had an amazing stay in St. Maarten and would absolutely stay here again! The location was perfect, very close to restaurants, grocery stores, and multiple beautiful beaches, making it easy to get around and enjoy everything the island has to offer. The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great vacation. The only minor downside was that the Wi-Fi connection upstairs wasn't very strong and would occasionally cut out while we were up there. Other than that, everything was excellent. Highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the island!
