Yulias place was amazing .. clean, luxurious. Right on the beach and across from the airport .. her response time is impeccable.. she’s been helpful .. I would always come stay here on my trips to St Maarten

What a gorgeous place! The apartment was clean and spacious. The location was close to a few bars/restaurants with many more a walk away. The view from the balcony was AMAZING!! Going to be hard to beat this rental. If there was anything that could have been better it was the lack of hot water for a shower, but hey, your in paradise :)

The property looked just as described. It was beautiful with an amazing view and the beach steps away. There are three restaurants next door, but it is a bit far from the main restaurants, clubs etc. we had to call taxis, which adds up quickly. The beds were clean and the place smelled clean, however, more attention could have been paid to the floors. There was dust and even a toe nail that my friend stepped on.

A very nice 3 bed apartment with the master bedroom and dining terrace overlooking a quiet clean beach. Other 2 bedrooms were at the back and good size with own en-suite. Kitchen was modern and well fitted out. Main Living room was a great size if you had six people and TV facilities also decent. The back bedrooms do look over the latter part of the runway but the noise was never an issue since no planes land or take off at an unsocial hours. During the day we were out exploring the wonderful island (Pinel Island a standout) and also visited St Bart’s ( a must do). The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive and we would have no hesitation staying here again. One other benefit was the private parking since car hire is recommended.

10/10 views! close to airport & main attractions - only thing is the water didnt seem to get hot but i would definitely stay here again my next visit!

The location was great, and the condo was spacious with a beautiful balcony. However, our experience had some issues. When we arrived, the door was wide open and the unit was full of trash, laundry, and cleaning supplies, so we initially thought it wasn’t ours. We waited outside in the heat while it was cleaned, and it still wasn’t fully done when we returned. There was also a strong rotten odor coming from the AC that only went away if it was turned off, which was uncomfortable in 85+ degree weather. Because of the delayed check-in, we missed our 5:00 pm excursion. The rest of the stay was decent until checkout. We asked for a one-hour extension due to heavy traffic but were denied, even after we reminded the host of our delayed check-in. She offered $90, which didn’t compare to the cost of our missed excursion, and still ended up checking out an hour late. So, the hosts initial refusal was unnecessary. Overall, the stay was okay, but the smell and check-in issues affected our trip.
