This penthouse was absolutely gorgeous and exceeded all of our expectations! The views were breathtaking, and being just steps from what felt like our own private beach made it that much more incredible. The included beach setup was such a nice touch and made every beach day effortless. It was beautifully maintained, stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was also conveniently located just minutes from several great beach clubs, restaurants, and attractions of Simpson Bay and Maho. Mary's Boon and BabaCool Beach Clubs are just steps away along the beach. The host was friendly and provided excellent communication from start to finish, making the entire experience seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely book this penthouse again. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious getaway!

Our stay at this Airbnb in St. Maarten was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Everything was truly a 10 out of 10. The property was exactly as pictured and even more beautiful in person. The views were breathtaking and made every morning and evening feel special. The communication from the host was exceptional. They were responsive, helpful, and provided us with all the information we needed before and during our stay, which made the entire experience stress-free. The location was perfect and close to everything we wanted to do while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for an unforgettable vacation. I just had the pleasure of staying at Yulia’s Airbnb with a group of friends, and I must say, it was a truly fabulous experience. The property was beautiful and well-maintained, providing a perfect backdrop for our gathering as we celebrated anniversaries and birthdays all in one. We had an amazing time, filled with laughter and fun, I appreciate the understanding after being gently reminded to keep it down, we made a conscious effort to be more considerate, and I’m grateful for the patience and flexibility. The home looks just like the pictures. Everything was clean. Questions were answered promptly. It is located right on the beach. Stores and restaurants are a short drive from the apartment. Loved the remote controls for the air and fans. If I had to list a con it would be the 3 flights of stairs, but this is included in the description of the apartment. We loved the security of the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks Yulia!!!
