O flat é exatamente como anunciado, ótimas suítes, tudo funcionando perfeitamente. No terraço há uma varanda com vista para o mar e outra para a pista do aeroporto, então é possível ver os aviões decolando e pousando. A localização é muito boa, com acesso direto à praia e bem próximo de restaurantes e mercados. Yulia fez um guia super completo com todas as informações que a gente poderia precisar, inclusive com um mapa dinâmico com suas recomendações de atrações na ilha. Minha família adorou a estadia!

If you’re still doing your research - book this place. They say Simpson Bay is the best, it really is, restaurants all within walking and the condo was very comfortable. Most of our time was spent in the pool or on the balcony looking at the breathtaking view. Yes, the beach is that close. Thanks

Sea Harmony SXM was the perfect place for a week of adventuring around the island. The pictures do not do justice to the beautiful views from all the balconies. The place was spacious, clean, parking was easy and the location was central to going around the island. In addition, it was close to many beaches, restaurants, and bars if you did not feel like going far. Simpson Bay beach is right out front and is a quiet, relaxing beach with incredible views. We also enjoyed the pool, flowers, and well maintained grounds. The back of the home faces the airport runway, so you can watch/hear planes taking off and landing, but this was not a problem for us and we thought it was a cool feature. If you sleep light you may want to bring a sound machine or ear plugs to drown out the 7 am take off. The owners were responsive and all the info you needed was available via a website. Easy, contactless check in and out. This was a great place for a girl's trip.

We celebrated my husband's 40th and we couldn't have picked a better location. Him being a pilot and all, he felt right at home close to airport whilst I felt great being close to all the entertainment. Beautiful place with amazing Hosts. We would definitely recommend to anyone.

Beautiful stay! The pictures honestly don’t do this place justice, it looks even better in person. The amenities were great and the location near the airport was super convenient. Surprisingly, it was still very quiet at night and we didn’t really hear the planes. Everything was easy from check in to getting around, and there were things within walking distance. Overall, such a lovely, comfortable place. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
