Yulia is a great host, the property was stocked with everything and more than expected. She’s extremely responsive incase of questions and was easy to work with!

Our family of 5 travelled to SXM for the first time. This AirBnB was absolutely perfect for us. The complex is secure, private and peaceful and located right on the beach of Simpson Bay. Prior to check in, we were provided with an incredible guide that told us all about the condo and even had some great info about our area. Yulia communicated our check in information the day before and even followed up to make sure we had it before we were on the plane. Having a dedicated parking space was perfect as we also rented a car. Once inside, the set up was perfect. The unit essentially has 3 bathroom suites, each with their own bathroom in addition to a powder room/laundry. The kitchen was perfect. The balconies became our favourite spots as that's where we would spend most of our time if we weren't on the beach. And then the beach...it was perfect. This condo provided us with beach chairs, an umbrella and even some toys/floats. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend

Yulias spot was beautiful. It's the type of space you have to experience to know that you'll always be able to come back and reexperience the whole thing over again. Space was clean, everything worked, Ubers were expensive, but everything was walkable distance, the beach clubs and the shore were also walkable and it was next to airport!

This experience was one in a million. Every expectation fulfilled. Host were responsive, the app was helpful in finding our way around. Peaceful, quiet, spacious, clean and right off the beach. I highly recommend this place fire your next stay

O flat é exatamente como anunciado, ótimas suítes, tudo funcionando perfeitamente. No terraço há uma varanda com vista para o mar e outra para a pista do aeroporto, então é possível ver os aviões decolando e pousando. A localização é muito boa, com acesso direto à praia e bem próximo de restaurantes e mercados. Yulia fez um guia super completo com todas as informações que a gente poderia precisar, inclusive com um mapa dinâmico com suas recomendações de atrações na ilha. Minha família adorou a estadia!

If you’re still doing your research - book this place. They say Simpson Bay is the best, it really is, restaurants all within walking and the condo was very comfortable. Most of our time was spent in the pool or on the balcony looking at the breathtaking view. Yes, the beach is that close. Thanks

Great location, close to airport and beach front. It was Amazing to wake up and go to the beach. Hosts are super responsive. Overall great time
