We had a wonderful stay! The house looked exactly like the pictures—clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The host shared great local recommendations, which we really appreciated. Being able to walk straight onto the beach was the highlight. We’d definitely stay here again!

The place is exactly as described in pictures, very clean, easily accessible, always available parking spot. We aimed to be beside the airport landing strip because the kids loved watching planes take off, but it does get noisy and hard to sleep past 8.30am when the airport opens. We didn’t get a chance to spend time on the beach behind our spot but it does look lovely and the couple of beach bars look very inviting. There are many bars and restaurants in the area which we hit up before and after a day of adventuring on the island! Would recommend!!

My friends and I had an amazing stay at Yulia’s place! The location is in Simpson bay and pretty close to everything. We had a rental car so found that places were at most only 10 minutes away. You also get private access to the beach with beach chairs and towels which was super nice to have and an amazing virtual guide that you can refer back to at any time. Yulia was also super responsive. We had a small issue while we were there and it was addressed immediately. She also responded very quickly anytime I had any questions which was super nice. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone visiting

Lovely stay on Simpson Bay!

Let me start off by saying, the host was absolutely amazing. Very accommodating, responsive, and helpful. The Airbnb was VERY close to the airport (too close, heard loud airplanes all day, runway right outside window). There were many restaurants and tourist attractions nearby. They let us check in early and gave clear instructions. Upon settling in we noticed stains on the sheets and pillowcases. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets/drawers, sand on the floor from previous guests, and ants crawling on the counter. The shelves in one bathroom were hanging off the wall and after using the sink, we noticed that the sink in the other bathroom was leaking water that progressed to dark brown water as our stay went on. The host was apologetic, she refunded the cleaning fee and sent the cleaning team back the next day while we were away. When we returned, the house was exactly the same. She sent them back again and they said they would only clean if they got paid. So we dealt with it.

Yulia’s place was amazing! It is in a very good location close the airport. It is close to airport rd which is full of bars and restaurants and has private access to the beach at a few walking steps distance. We had a great time and the place was amazing!
