Yulia and Nicol are exactly what you hope for in a host. They proactively send clear details about the property, they are accommodating to requests, and respond rapidly when any issues arise. Their apartment has an incredible view of the water and island. The building itself feels slightly dated, but the apartment is extremely modern and well kept. Quality lighting, sound system, appliances, etc. We had some difficulty getting used to the mattresses, but I feel that is only because they are the memory foam type that we are unused to. They seemed to be high quality and if you're used to this type of mattress I don't foresee any issues. Numerous beaches, grocery stores, and restaurants are all within walking distance, but the apartment is quiet. If you have activities planned on the eastern part of the island, be aware you have to drive around the airport, but that applies to any property in this area. When we return to SXM we will definitely be staying with Yulia and Nicol again!

We had a wonderful week-long stay at this lovely condo in Cupecoy. The accommodations were comfortable and clean, and we appreciated the extra touches from the host. We took advantage of the restaurants and the fantastic bakery within walking distance, and we had a great dinner at Mario Bistro located right in the building. We enjoyed the pool and the beach onsite, and it's a quick walk down to Mullet. The gym is well-appointed, and we also used the sauna/steam room. Outstanding stay! Thank you!

This was an absolutely beautiful condo with lots of room and beautiful views. The location was gorgeous with the most beautiful sunsets. The pool and cliffs below were amazing. Yulia was very helpful and nice to communicate with. I highly recommend and look forward to visiting again in the future!
