Un depto totalmente equipado, decorado súper sofisticado y moderno, cómodo, amplio y con una vista al mar que recordaremos por siempre. Maravilloso y absolutamente recomendable, para ir en pareja (cómo nosotros) o en familia. Un edificio de alta categoría con todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia súper agradable.

I can’t say enough about this condo. The pictures truly don’t do it justice. Yulia was so helpful and responsive in the middle of the night especially when I didn’t know how to use the shower in the primary. The views, amazing! Mirrors everywhere! I wish more Airbnbs were considerate about mirrors. The kitchen had everything you needed. Tons of outlets. I wish I could wake up here everyday. The grounds were really nice and the staff was very helpful. Parking was super easy - just right in front of the building. The pool area feels very resort-like and there’s even a bar where you can get frozen cocktails. Happy hour from 3-4, $7 drinks. Don’t forget to go down to the water. Great for pictures! I will definitely stay here when I come back to St. Maarten.

We enjoyed the Cupecoy location, great views of the water, and it seem like there is always a breeze. The pool is wonderful, and we enjoyed walks along the beach looking at Simpson Bay next to D's. Short drive to Marigot, sad to see the destruction in Grand Case, but still nice to enjoy the French side.

Great place, I enjoyed the area. The only disappointment was the spa and restaurant being closed for the season. It was my first time on the island so I wasn’t aware many businesses close in September. Otherwise I had a great time.

We had a wonderful stay! The view was absolutely AMAZING and easily one of the highlights of the property. Everything was very clean, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the honor bar was such a nice touch. Having a washer and dryer was also extremely convenient, especially while traveling. We also appreciated the secured parking, which made coming and going easy and gave us extra peace of mind. The location was great! There’s a small market within walking distance for anything you may need, and the property is right next to The Waterhole and Cupecoy Beach Cave. Being so close to the water and nearby spots made the location even better. Overall, the combination of the beautiful view, cleanliness, amenities, location, and great staff made this a very enjoyable stay. We would definitely recommend it!

Super séjour dans ce logement très propre, bien équipé, confortable et avec une jolie vue. Le cadre est sécurisé et spacieux. À noter deux bémols : 1. Le personnel peut entrer dans le logement ou accéder à la terrasse sans nous avoir prévenus au préalable. Cela nous est arrivé à quatre reprises. 2. Nous avons été prévenus en fin de séjour d’une maintenance complète de la résidence, avec des coupures d’eau et d’électricité. L’hôte n’en était pas informé et nous n’avons pas été prévenus de la date ni de l’heure exacte de la coupure générale. L’hôte nous a remboursé deux nuits et offert un nettoyage en compensation. Ces deux éléments nous ont gênés, mais globalement, nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous recommandons ce logement.

Myself and my family gave this place a 9/10. The location was nice, the home was beautiful. The view was amazing. It was close distance to food, shopping, and nightlife. The host was very responsive. We felt very safe. The whole area felt safe honestly. The staff at the front desk were so kind. The only thing I didn’t love was the beach area. It was beautiful. But kind of small with large rocks. It’s hard to explain but you can’t really “walk along the beach”. But it was fine because the island is full of beautiful beaches. Regardless, I would absolutely stay again and again.
