We are two best friends who fell in love with Sint Maarten and wanting to share the
same experience with others. We have a background in real estate and finance in North
America as well as Sint Maarten. With an acquired list of managed assets, we are able to
assure smooth operations for any property owner, and hopefully you!
We currently manage villas, penthouses and apartments in Pelican Key, Indigo Bay and
Oyster Pond. We take care of the entire process from staging, photography,
maintenance to round the clock communication with guests, and allowing the owners to
take a rest with minimum communication, unless absolutely necessary.
